SHADE CONSULTANCY LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, operates Rhea Chat Pro(Packege Name: com.rhea.video) and acts as the Data Controller for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we process, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application (the “Service”). By using Rhea Chat Pro, you agree to the practices described below.

• Account Data: login credentials (such as phone number, email, or third-party account identifier) and profile details (username and age-verification status) provided during registration.
• Content of Communications: video, audio, and text transmitted during your calls are processed in real time to connect you with other users. We do not permanently store the content of private video calls on our servers.
• Device and Usage Data: device model, operating system version, IP address, app feature usage, and crash logs to maintain stability and security.
• Advertising Identifier: our attribution partner (Adjust) may access your device advertising ID to measure campaign performance and prevent fraud; you may reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Third-Party SDK Data: as described in our Third-Party SDK Disclosure, Firebase, Agora, and Adjust may each collect device, network, IP, or advertising-ID data for analytics, real-time communication, crash reporting, push notifications, authentication, attribution, and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Enable real-time video and audio connections between matched users;
• Monitor for fraudulent activity, security incidents, and violations of our Terms and Community Guidelines;
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: vetted third-party vendors (cloud hosting, analytics) bound by confidentiality agreements.

6. Region-Specific Provisions

India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

For users in India, Rhea Chat Pro acts as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023. You may nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and you may withdraw consent previously provided. For grievances relating to data processing, you may contact our Grievance Officer, Mr. Ravi Kumar, at androdev.pelitakarya@gmail.com; we aim to acknowledge and respond to grievances within fifteen (15) business days. Data may be transferred to Singapore/Hong Kong and the United States, and we assess the recipient’s protection level before any such transfer.

Middle East (Saudi Arabia PDPL / UAE PDPL)

For users in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, we inform you of the purpose, categories, retention period, deletion method, and cross-border transfer destinations of your data. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and thereafter delete or anonymize it; cross-border transfers are made to jurisdictions with adequate protection.
